How to list an unused parking space
Turn a space you are permitted to operate into a clear, bookable parking listing.
Check that you can operate the space
Before listing, make sure you own the space or have permission from the owner, building or association to offer it to drivers. Choose accurate operating hours and rules, including any access restrictions. Customers need to know what they can actually book.
Add useful listing details
Create a host account, add the location and area, show clear photos, and specify how many cars or bikes you can accommodate. Set only the hourly, daily, weekly or monthly passes you want to offer for each vehicle type. A pass not offered by you should not be advertised as available.
Submit for approval and manage arrivals
Submit the listing for review. Once approved and live, customers can discover it and make bookings. Use the host app to inspect bookings and scan customer passes when vehicles arrive. Keep your capacity, prices and rules accurate as circumstances change. Approval does not guarantee bookings or a fixed amount of income.
